The Multiverse Gift Box was released in
November 1996, and contained two Visions preview boosters, plus four
international boosters, contained in a nice box to house your Magic cards.
The Visions preview boosters gave players a taste of the upcoming Visions
expansion, which was released in February 1997.
Most of the cards in the Visions preview
boosters are identical to the regularly released versions. However, there
were a few cards that differed slightly from the preview to the regular
issues. There were 25 different cards in the preview (15 cards per pack,
with five duplicates in each gift box); of the 25, 10 were
slightly different.
