WotC produced a set of poker decks in 1998. This was an extremely short-lived and unsuccessful product—it is difficult to find any acknowledgement that WotC produced these decks at all. These cards features art from Magic The Gathering on the face cards and jokers. From the description on the box: Hey poker face! With Magic: The Gathering poker decks you can play blackjack, stud, hearts, spades, spoons—anything you play with standard card decks. Just call your friends, open up a deck and get ready to play with the awesome images of the Magic: The Gathering trading card game. Each deck features its own Magic art—you'll see Shivan Dragon as a king, Serra Angel as queen, the knight Telim'Tor as a jack, plus lots of others. Talk about the art of the deal! The package contained two 54-card decks (52 cards plus two Jokers)—a "red" deck and a "blue" deck. Each deck had different pictures on the face cards, but were otherwise identical (the Jokers are the same in both decks). The set retailed for $9.99 in 1998, but they can usually be found for less on eBay these days.
