WHY THIS PAGE IS HERE
Wizards of the Coast publishes lists of banned and
restricted cards in their tournament
rules. However, one must wade through lots of text to find the lists. This page exists
solely to answer the question "What cards are banned or restricted". Note that
this page should be considered unofficial. Always refer to the official rules before going to a
tournament.
